What is the difference between matcha paste and matcha powder?
PasTea is made from matcha and water only, with no additives. It dissolves without whisking and without lumps, so it works in lattes, pastries and soft serve.
Where are your products from?
Jabara and Nanko ume come from Wakayama. PasTea is made in Japan from a blend of Japanese-grown tea leaves.
What is jabara?
Jabara is a citrus with a fragrant, tart flavour, grown only in a small village in Wakayama. Its name is written 邪払, meaning “driving away evil”. We supply it as pure juice, powder, honey and more.
How should I store the products, and what is the shelf life?
Storage conditions and shelf life differ by product. Both are stated in the product specification sheet, which we send on request.
What are your trade terms?
